"Although the property was lovely, Host hit us with an 11th hour request our bank was unable to meet and threatened to cancel our reservation over it. There was no parking and no toilet tissue. Communication was terrible. Again, it’s a lovely property but I’d never book it again. "

"Loved it! Our room didn't have a washer/dryer, but the hotel offered to do the laundry if we needed it. Otherwise, the room was nice: comfortable bed, good sized bathroom. Not much storage for clothes if you like to unpack for longer stays. But the mini-kitchen was nice to have. The location is brilliant. "Amazing location, wonderful view! The balcony was absolutely incredible. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, you will have a great time here! Make sure you don’t mistake the hotel with “Apex” or “Grassroots” down the street. This hotel has a large sign with the full name “Apex Grassroots”. "
