Not only that, because he couldn't find it, called me a liar and also threatened to call the police and have me removed from the premises. I showed him all of my booking information along with my receipts from hotels.com and he still didn't put the information in. I have been booking with hotels.com for a long time and never had this problem. I stayed alone that night and was in bed at 8pm and the front attendant sent someone and woke me up complaining about a noise complaint about a party. It really made my stay very uncomfortable. Not only did they not have my room that i reservated, he charged me 4 more dollars, and retried to recharge my card for the entire room over again. This was not my first time staying there, but probably will consider it lightly before staying there again."
