If you want to experience a quiet individual holiday and dispense with long driving times, Sa Torre is the right place for you. The exclusive neighborhood of villas belongs to the historically very important community of Llucmajor. The city is only 20 minutes by car from Palma airport, right next to the sea, with numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets and leisure activities. For cyclists and golfers, the small town is particularly popular because from here you have quick access to excellent routes and the nearest golf course "Golf Maioris" (1.5 km) is also just around the corner. Those who prefer tennis can visit the tennis club "Sitt Tennis" (2 km). To go shopping or to enjoy a cultural afternoon, we recommend the nearby capital, Palma, where family fun is guaranteed. The nearest sandy beaches are Playas Maioris and Playa Blava, which can be reached quickly in just 5 minutes by car. Here you will also find the master bedroom with double bed and its own walk-in shower. On the other side of this floor, you can comfortably check emails in the large office while enjoying the excellent view, totally relaxing. The lower living room consists of a cozy living room with TV XXL, reading corner and integrated dining room. The elegant kitchen is located separately but has a practical serving hatch. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The functionality offers gas cooker and ceramic hob on the practical kitchen island. So you can choose the way to invoke dinner for your loved ones. The direct access to the terrace is still a plus point when it comes to preparing for the large barbecue. A long corridor with huge windows and modern built-in wardrobes takes us to the lower sleeping area, which consists of 2 beautiful double rooms with double beds and a large bathroom with rain shower.
