Villa Maioris - with private swimming pool

Beautiful villa with private pool in a quiet and tourist residential area, just 2 minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants. Also, it is well communicated by public transport with the area of s'​​Arenal and Palma - the bus stop is just 100 metres away.

This fabulous villa is located on a plot of 200m2 where its large swimming pool and garden area stands out. The outside area is fully equiped with sundbeds and a large table to gather all around. Also, all our villas feature a good BBQ so you can enjoy your evenings by the pool with a good meal.

The villa features 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to host up to 8 guests.The large living room has total access from the swimming pool through its large glass door.

The property features central air conditioning so it covers all the house, also with heat pump for the winter.

An ideal place to rest and have fun, the combination that will make your holiday in Mallorca an unforgettable experience.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has heating and air conditioning throughout the house.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Great, big, clean house with a nice pool. Quiet neighborhood.
Overall everything was great, we arrived at the evening when all the shops was closed and there was some welcome drinks at the fridge -water/beer/juice- which was nice. The house was big and clean. Pool was great -ok it was quite cold- but still nice. Bus station was really near to the house but still I recommend to rent a car. Big grocery shop was only 5min walk. -

Nightmare
The villa we stayed at was an absolute nightmare. When we arrived, we realized it looked nothing like the photos. Trying to stay positive, we shrugged it off, but things quickly went downhill. The floors and rooms were filthy, and the bed sheets and covers were stained, some even with blood. The air conditioning was a disaster, especially the one in the downstairs room. It only blew warm air, despite being told it was fixed. The pool was another letdown. It was dirty when we arrived and stayed that way our entire stay, even though they promised it would be cleaned immediately. The worst part was the insects and cockroaches everywhere, even inside the cabinets. The smell and the bugs in the downstairs room made it impossible to use, forcing me to sleep on the couch for the whole week. This experience was beyond unacceptable.

Verreist sind wir als 8 Köpfige Männer Truppe. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft hat super und reibungslos funktioniert. Sowohl per Mail als auch per WhatsApp. In der Unterkunft gab es nichts zu bemängeln, sauber, ordentlich und auch die Ausstattung hat mit der Beschreibung überein gestimmt. Da die Unterkunft allerdings in einer Wohngegend gelegen hat, musste man sich ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit zusammen reißen, da nebenan einige Einheimische leben und die sich verständlicherweise ein wenig gestört gefühlt haben. Aber ansonsten war alles super 👍 Selbst der Bus der zum Ballermann lag nur einige Meter entfernt und den Supermarkt konnte man von der Unterkunft aus sehen. -

Fijn verblijf gehad!!
Wij hebben met 8 vrienden een hele leuke week gehad in Villa Maioris! Het zwembad was heel fijn en genoeg ruimte voor 8 personen. Op 5 minuten lopen een supermarkt en om de hoek een bushalte. Wij maakte vooral gebruik van de taxi om naar het strand en El Arenal te gaan. Taxi’s staan binnen 5 tot 10 minuten voor je deur! De communicatie met het verhuurbedrijf ging ook soepel. We hebben zelf geen last gehad van klagende buren. Het enige wat niet echt werkte was de vaatwasser. Wij zouden dit huis zeker weten aanraden! -

Very nice location with a great pool. Close to the supermarket and short taxi rides to Arenal and the airport. Everything was clean, but when we used hot water, it quickly smelled like bad eggs everywhere. The neighbor was a bit unpleasant, too, but overall, the value for money was awesome :) -

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage!
Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage! Wir waren für ein Mädelswochenende da und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus liegt in einer Wohngegend, direkt neben einem Supermarkt und einer Bushaltestelle 15 Min nach EL Arenal. Der Check In lief unkompliziert ab, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind sauber und der Garten läd zum Entspannen tagsüber ein. Wir haben keine Kritikpunkte und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
Die Villa ist sehr schön. Sie ist sauber und ordentlich. Es hat bis auf zwei Kleinigkeiten alles gepasst. Die Villa und die Ausstattung sind wie beschrieben. Check-in und Check-out verliefen problemlos. Das gewünschte Babybett und der Hochstuhl fehlten bei Ankunft. Allerdings wurde beides prompt noch am selben Tag vorbei gebracht. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution verlief ebenfalls schnell und ohne Komplikationen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Was wir sehr schade fanden, dass zwar ein Safe vorhanden war aber dieser laut Mallorcahomevillas zum Eigenbedarf genutzt wird. Das sollte wirklich geändert werden. Als Gast benötigt man dringend einen Safe um seine Wertgegenstände wegzuschließen. Die Beleuchtung im Pool ging leider nicht. Wir haben es reklamiert, aber trotz allem kam leider niemand um sich der Sache an zu nehmen. Der Flair abends auf der Terrasse wäre halt noch sehr schön gewesen.

Excelente alojamiento
Hemos pasado 6 días en la casa y la verdad que no tenemos queja, la casa es tal y como aparece en la fotos. Éramos 9 mayores y 4 niños y la verdad que nos hemos acoplada perfectamente a la casa. El dueño vino un día para ver como estábamos y un hombre muy majo. A tener en cuenta que el alojamiento está rodeado de caballos. Sin embargo, los caballos están perfectamente cuidados y no olía nada. Conclusión, todo muy bien.

Great house for big group
The house is very nice and clean. Huge common room, enough for 6-7 people. Very big kitchen with all the kitchenware you might need to make absolutely anything. The rooms are really warm. The house is close to the cliff where you can enjoy sunsets.
