We offer you a holiday in a safe, private and hygienically clean holiday home with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Cabrera.

This dream villa could soon become the home for your unforgettable holiday

We have renovated the Villa "El Capitano" from scratch.

The villa is located on a 1450 sqm plot on the scenic south coast of Mallorca directly on the cliffs of Cala Pi in the first sea line.

You will be amazed by the wonderful 180 degree view of the sea and the island of Cabrera.

Enjoy the sunset on the sun swing between Mediterranean columns.

The beautiful bay with crystal clear water, restaurants and also the small supermarket can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

A beautiful, tropical, spacious, Mediterranean garden with cacti, oranges, figs, lemon trees and many other Mediterranean plants has been created around the house.

You will also be delighted by the large pool (16x4m) with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Cabrera and an outdoor shower for private use. Safe access is via wide steps that lead to a bench.
(An emergency swimming ring is located by the pool)

You can relax on teak loungers with comfortable lounger cushions

El Capitano can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
In total, Villa Capitano has 220sqm of living space and 280sqm of usable terrace space; for cooler evenings in the pre-/post-season, we are happy to provide you with a decorative gas heater.

During the renovation, attention was always paid to quality and branded products from Zeyko, Duravit, Hansgrohe, Kare were used.

In order to be able to use the house all year round, an oil heating system, air conditioning and ceiling fans were installed on both floors.

Two bicycles are now available for you in the "El Capitano" so that you can easily pick up your bread rolls from the supermarket in the morning. A pool heater is available so that you can also enjoy the beautiful large pool in the pre- and post-season. This enables us to maintain a water temperature of around 24-26 degrees in the large pool in the pre- and post-season. (for an additional charge of 75 euros per day of vacation) When using the pool heater, it makes sense to cover the pool with a film in the cooler seasons so that the temperature does not drop too much overnight. This would have to be done by the tenant themselves. If you would like this pool heater, please reserve it by email at least

A little slice of paradise at El Capitan!
El Capital in Cala Pi was a little slice of paradise! The location, the view, the beautiful decor, and the pool were all outstanding and made our stay in Mallorca very special. Peter was very helpful and accommodating, and we had everything we needed in the home for the most comfortable vacation. We’d love to come back!

Our family loved this house and the fantastic sea view! Everything in the house is equipped and decorated to perfection. Top kitchen with all the latest and most sophisticated appliances. All the bedrooms and living room are decorated beautifully but also providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful pool area with comfortable sun beds. This is a very good house for excellent value. Highly recommended. There was alway help on and Peter, the house manager came around in no time if any problems:)

El Capitano is an absolutely amazing property. Incredible views, great location (very quiet) and setup for comfort & relaxation. Perfect for families, or multiple couples. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at El Capitan - we will definitely be back next year!

Great vacation - should have stayed longer!
Cala Pi is a small town on the water; house is on the water and about a 10 min walk into center of town. A handful of restaurants and bars to explore after a day in the sun. House was great and suited our group of 3 couples/6adults perfectly. House manager Peter was attentive and helpful via text; prompt responses and let us know when he would be there (Peter is German and his timing was down to the second!) Big grocery stores for supplies are a drive to either Campos or Palma. Winery Vi Rei is close by and a fun stop. The only negative for us - the bathrooms are not en-suite and one of them has a small shower. That's it. Loved it all around.

Nothing short of fabulous
The whole experience was flawless from start to finish. The owners and the on-site team were very friendly and professional, the property and the furnishings/equipment were high-end throughout and the view really is as good as the pictures. From the profile of the property, expectations were high going in, but were exceeded on all counts. An exceptional find and a rare gem. Shhh! Don't tell everyone :)

Amazing villa with spectacular views!
We absolutely loved our time in Cala Pi at "Capitano". Below are a couple of key points: 1. The Villa - The villa is a large, well decorated space with modern appliances and amenities. It is position high on the cliffs overlooking the sea with unobstructed views. There are 3 nice sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers. The bathrooms are not ensuite however. The hosts have included adequate bath/beach/pool towels, kitchen utensils, linens, etc. to make the stay comfortable and convenient. There is air-conditioning, TVs, WiFi internet (mid-speed), washer/dryer among other necessities to make your stay just like home. 2. Pool/Outdoor Space - The pool is spectacular and private. The entire time we were there we felt as if we were at a luxury resort. There is also a large outdoor dining area to allow you and your friends and family enjoy the long sunny Majorcan days. There is also a nice sized outdoor shower. 3. Cala Pi - Cala Pi is a small village with a local beach. The closest large town is about 15-20 minutes drive away. In Cala Pi, there are a few decent restaurants but you may want to venture out a few nights or eat in. The beach of Cala Pi is about 10 minute walk from the villa and if you want to explore, the beach of Es Trenc and the towns of Llucmajor and Campos are around 20 minutes away. We recommend doing food shopping prior to arrival at the villa since supermarket options are limited close to the villa. Palma is about 45 minutes away so if you are looking for a villa close to nightlife and partying, this would not be the best option for you. We did take a taxi to Palma for a night out which ran around 65E each way. 4. El Capitano Team - Sylvia and her team were so friendly, extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. She appropriately greeted us at the villa, making us feel so welcome. She also checked in to see how things were going during our stay and of course, was quick to answer an SMS to answer any question we had. We had no issues during out time. In summary, we loved our stay here and would highly recommend this villa for a small group of friends or a family.

Traumferien im Il Capitano
Il Capitano ist ein Traumhaus. Wir können es fast nicht in Worte fassen. Es war einfach alles top. Wir wurden von Peter super nett empfangen und konnten unsere Ferien gleich geniessen. Diverse Willkommensüberraschungen machten uns sprachlos. Die Aussicht, der Pool, der Garten...wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Beim Grill hatte es sogar einen mit frischen Kräutern bepflanzten Topf. Auch im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Im Zimmer waren frische Blumen vom Garten. Auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden. Gepflegte Töpfe und Pfannen, genügend Besteck und Geschirr und alles was man braucht. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Und das ganze Haus hat gestrahlt vor Sauberkeit, was wir sehr schätzen. Wir mieten schon seit Jahren Ferienhäuser auf Mallorca, aber so ein perfektes Haus hatten wir noch nie. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen und freuen uns jetzt schon.

Unser herzlichster Dank geht an Familie Haas und das gesamte Team für die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft, die unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht hat. Von dem Moment an, als wir die Tür zu dieser traumhaften Villa betraten, fühlten wir uns wie Teil einer großen Familie und wie Zuhaus. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt, und die Liebe zum Detail war in jedem Bereich spürbar – sei es in der eleganten Inneneinrichtung, der makellosen Sauberkeit oder den kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt so besonders machten. Die Villa selbst war ein wahres Juwel, mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick, der uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue verzauberte, und einem Außenbereich, der uns erlaubte, jeden Moment unter der Sonne zu genießen. Der Pool war eine Oase der Entspannung, umgeben von einer üppigen Gartenlandschaft, die Ruhe und Gelassenheit ausstrahlte. Doch was diesen Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich machte, war die aufrichtige Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft, die uns von Familie Haas und ihrem Team entgegengebracht wurde. Jeder Wunsch wurde prompt erfüllt und wir fühlten uns stets wie die wichtigsten Gäste. Für all diese unvergesslichen Momente möchten wir uns von ganzem Herzen bedanken. Es war eine Ehre, Ihre Gäste zu sein, und wir können es kaum erwarten, bald wiederzukommen, um weitere unvergessliche Erinnerungen in dieser wundervollen Ferienvilla zu schaffen. Luxuriöse Tage in Cala Pi.
Wunderschöne, sehr stylische Villa mit grandiosem Blick von der Terasse auf den grossen Pool und das Meer. Die Inneneinrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail eigerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts. Sehr nette Betreuung durch Peter, der bei Fragen immer ansprechbar ist.

Huset är precis på stort och fint som det ser ut på bilderna och så är det en fantastisk utsikt ut över havet från alla rum. Fin baksida med utegrupp ,solsängar och en stor rymlig pool som även passar barn och en utedusch. Inomhus är det fräscht och rymligt med en smakfull inredning i alla rum. Det är ett välutrustat kök och en fin grill utomhus. Positivt att det även fanns handdukar mm om man ville uppsöka stränder. Rekommenderar huset

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Betreiber haben hier an alles gedacht und man merkt dass Sie absolut bemüht sind dass die Gäste einen wundervollen Urlaub genießen können. Das ganze wird vollendet mit dem schönen großen Pool und der wunderbaren Aussicht.

Wunderbares Objekt mit rundum Wohlfühlfaktor
Wir haben hier wundervolle zwei Wochen verbringen dürfen. Das Haus und die Einrichtung lassen keine Wünsche offen, und wenn dann doch ausnahmsweise noch was fehlen sollte (kleine mobile Badewanne für unseren Nachwuchs), wurde umgehend Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Gastgeber und insbesondere auch das großartige Team waren stets mit ihrer freundlichen und liebevollen Art zur Unterstützung und bei Fragen für uns da. Wir können das Objekt nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Den atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer haben wir bei jeder Mahlzeit von der sehr gut ausgerichteten und ausgestatteten Terrasse genießen dürfen. Unser Sohn (3.J) hat das Objekt bereits als „anderes zu Hause“ in sein Herz geschlossen und freut sich jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal. Wir hätten gerne mehr Sterne vergeben wollen.

Ein Traumhaus
Wir hatten schon viele Häuser auf Mallorca gemietet, aber das El Capitano war mit Abstand das Beste! Es lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Aussicht ist umwerfend und alles ist sehr schön und hochwertig ausgestattet (insbesondere die Küche). Dazu fühlt man sich rundum wohl und die Betreuung ist fantastisch. Wir hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub im El Capitano.

Ein hervorragendes Feriendomizl, mit einem wundervollen Pool inklusive herrlichem Meerblick. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ideal für 4 Personen. Ab 5 wird's vielleicht etwas eng, ist aber auf jeden Fall machbar. Der Ort Cala Pi hat leider kaum etwas zu bieten. Aber wie schon gesagt derAufenthalt am Pool ist unbezahlbar.
