"I wish I had planned a longer stay at the Hotel Roc Illetas. The property was fantastic, with great beaches within a short walk. I can't comment enough on the staff; they were truly awesome from the moment we walked in. Santiago spent 15 minutes with us at check-in explaining the area, the beaches, and most importantly, the bus route that takes you into town from the hotel. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet and love that the hotel bar stays open until midnight. We will be back and we'll be bringing friends!! "

"This was my first time visiting Palma and I can say for certain that this is my new go-to hotel for future visits. I will say it is slightly pricey for food/drinks/buffet etc, but the quality and service you get for it balances this out - definitely getting what you pay for. The area itself does have a musical vibe to it but come 23:00/23:30, lights are out and music is off - everyone is very respectful."

"Really impressed by the hotel, it was a very welcoming establishment with good staff and stunning outdoor space. The rooftop pool was chilly but a great asset, the room was clean, large and had a big bed and a very good rainfall shower. On our last day we left our bags, prebooked the shower room for 3pm and then had a great time on the beach. The airport bus goes from just over the road and is 5€ each. I'd stay here again!!"

"The hotel was in a great location close to the beach and shops easy to walk everywhere. Close to bus stop A2 to and from the airport, the only think was their wifi was slow."

"Great stay at Nixe Palace Hotel. The room had a beautiful view overlooking the sea, which made the experience really special. The food was delicious with good variety, and the staff were kind and friendly throughout. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!"

"I am just back from 5 nights in your hotel and have had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things I would like to note is that it should be mentioned at reception when checking in that you must book your spa time as we were not told this and we thought we could go whenever. Our room also smelled very musty when we arrived which lasted for two days before we aired it out leaving the balcony door open. We also noticed a similar musty smell in the porch of the hotel at the hotel’s entrance. Otherwise, the spa was so lovely and very clean and the hotel is very unique and well laid out. We will be back! "

"This hotel was great from start to finish. A friendly member of staff greeted us upon arrival and helped us check in, offering us a welcome glass of prosecco. The room was clean and large with a balcony, and definitely worth the price difference to a sea view room. Our stay was in April so the weather peaked at 20-24° each day. There was an indoor pool and spa which was great for when it was too cold to swim in the outdoor pool. The hot tub was very big but could have been slightly warmer, along with the steam room and sauna. The outdoor pools are heated but are quite refreshing on the hot days I was able to go for a swim. I had multiple massages and a facial in the spa as well which was great value and all the staff in the spa were absolutely amazing! They clearly have extensive knowledge of the treatments and are all extremely friendly! The breakfast was wonderful as well with a range of fresh bakery items, hot meals, fruits; pretty much any breakfast food you could think of, they have. The concierge was also very friendly and helpful, assisting us in planning and booking some days out on our trip and recommended some great restaurants. The location of this hotel is also quite convenient as it had some grocery stores and local restaurants around, and was just a 15 minute taxi ride into Palma City. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations on every front, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lively but also relaxing environment."
