"We were not given the room we booked and paid for. The room wasn’t very well sound proofed - you could hear every word of people talking in the neighboring rooms. However, the staff were LOVELY, amazing location, despite the noise, the room was great - good size and very comfortable. Complimentary wine and coffees were a nice touch. "really good place to stay! Very central so everything is accessible! The host are amazing:) There is also a fridge and a microwave accessible to everyone! So you can put the leftover food or beverage in it so it can be used by other guest! It is a little difficult to find once you are there, you have to ring to be able to enter! Also, it is very safe, you have 3 codes to type to get to your room! "

"Lovely welcoming people. You have to understand that anyone walks can walk through the door and I believe they try very hard to make them feel welcome. Wi-Fi good , there is staff member that speaks English however you should download a translation app as mostly speaking Spanish. One thing I disliked is bathroom outside of bedroom.
