"The the property was fantastic and exactly what I was looking for and more. It was beautifully presented and stylish. I loved the retro additions such as the record player with old fashioned albums, the book with old images of Swansea and the copy of Under Milk Wood. These together with a fabulous view over Swansea Bay and towards Mumbles Pier made it the perfect getaway for me and my elderly Dad who has dementia as it helped him to remember his youth and brought a twinkle to his eye. "

"Lovely house - fabulous location and photos live up to how it looks in reality. We were just a gathering of 5 adults, so spread out through the house and found it very comfortable and well stocked. If you are planning to visit Tenby this is a perfect location. Close to the hustle and bustle of main street ( just minutes away) but that quiet beautiful view to escape from it all"

"Stayed for 5 nights over Christmas as myself and partner have moved away from Llanelli. Was located in the middle of both families, the kitchen was user friendly for our dinner, plenty of nice walking areas around, and if taking dogs there’s huge field just behind the garden for dogs to run around, wish we had brought ours! Whenever we come back down for a few nights we will definitely have this house as our first choice! Very cosy, very quiet,absolutely ideal!"

"Pleasant Vale is a lovely house for a family holiday, with plenty of space so that time spent at the property is as enjoyable as time spent visiting the fantastic beaches and historic sights. "What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+. Than out of the blue I find this beauty..... Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. Hot tub was amazing heated by a log burner. Comfortable seating area with a fire pit and bbq. The lake was massive...
