"Freshly refurbished, clean and tidy, decent shower with soap and shampoo provided, central location in the town. Not a huge room, but adequate for a few nights. No wardrobe, but there were a few pegs to hang stuff on, and a few small open shelves. Some noise from folks leaving the pub quite late, also traffic noise from the A5. I was worried about how to access the property, but instructions arrived by SMS mid afternoon and worked fine. "

"Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable host. Great location, fantastic locally sourced breakfast, with standout attention to detail, like little choclates in the room, and if you run out of tea and coffee there is extra in a box on the landing. There are lot of choices in and around Betwys but we felt this was definitely one of the best. "

"Fabulous stay at this wonderful hotel. Comfortable room, warm and spacious. The breakfast was lovely and cooked to perfection. The hotel is in a good location, close to the Town Centre and the train station. Highly recommended "

"We stayed at Bron Y Graig for just one night during a sports weekend. It’s a beautiful and comfortable guest house with stunning views. We enjoyed chilling out in the bar room playing games and chatting. I adore William Morris print so the decor at Bron Y Graig brought me so much joy! Sadly, we had to leave before breakfast which was such a shame because the smells coming out from the kitchen were delicious!"

"The room was very spacious and comfortable. The property is old (steeped in history) but the room had all the features we needed. The instructions were excellent and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. The bed was a little creaky and the pillows were a little thin/soft for my preferences, but perfectly comfortable and adequate. Great value for money. Great location. Highly recommend the breakfast!! A great stay - would stay again. "

"Absolutely lovely place! Stayed here last minute due to change in plans. Hosts were so attentive! In my 30s, this isn’t a place I’d normally stay if I’m honest, but wouldn’t hesitate to come back! It’s spotless! Really comfy big bed and nicely firm pillows. Modern and clean bathroom. Breakfast cooked to order and plenty of other choices; cereals, fresh fruit, juices, different teas, alternative milks as well as normal, marmite, jam, Nutella, the list is endless! "Was greeted warmly by the hostess on arrival, she even offered to carry my bag up to my room! (I declined the kind offer!) The room was compact and en'suite with a sparkling bathroom, the shower was great with plenty of water pressure. The bed was a little uncomfortable but I was able to adjust it to my liking, when I mentioned this the hosts were very concerned and said they would give the bed a check out after I left. Breakfasts (I was there 2 nights) were lovely, fresh and well cooked....

"Lovely bnb on the edge of s horse farm. Our host was very welcoming and we really felt we had a stay in the countryside. Polly, the host gives great dinner recommendations. If traveling by car Make sure you call ahead to know to drive past the barn- we confused ours and a quick call to Polly sorted that out. Would come back!"

"Lovely accommodation in the Honeysuckle suite, very quiet and spotlessly clean. All needs catered for and bottles of water and milk for tea and coffee replenished daily. Very friendly professional hosts and the breakfast was delicious. Great location for motorway and central to many interesting parts of North Wales but set off the main road by a long driveway. Would stay again."

"We stayed 1 night to break a long journey. The property was very easy to find. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were all so helpful, friendly, and professional. We had dinner and breakfast there and those meals were absolutely fine. A very good stop over. I would use again."

"We stayed in a family room. It was motel style as in you have a private entrance. This was great as we brought our dog. The room was clean, warm, comfortable and spacious. There was an iron, ironing board, hairdryer even a small fridge and a good sized TV. Everything we needed. The bar was lovely and reasonable, however I was unaware it closed when a function is on and I found this a little disappointing. The function is loud but did finish at exactly 12. Fully recommend and will stay again as it’s great for us visiting family. "

Little Gem

"Very good and especially for the price. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great shower. Wifi excellent and included in the price paid. Good facility as expected ie tea, coffee. Only thing to be mindful of for other guests would be to say the property doesnt make clear that they wont send you details of how to self check in until the actual day of your arrival, as you need a door pincode to access your room, and its very difficult to make contact with the property. However, i would stay there again as it was very well located and comfy. "
