"This is a fantastic inn with rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean and very comfortable. Bathroom with lovely easy to use walk in shower, plenty of hot water at anytime. What a treat to have a freshly cooked breakfast all 4 mornings. I stayed over the Easter weekend visiting friends in the village - although the pub was very busy with diners, the staff always had time to say hello and ask if everything was ok with my stay - excellent bar and a very good Melbec by the glass! "This is a beautiful inn inside and out with great inside and outside dining facilities as well. If you only think to visit Hay-On-Wye dyring the book festival you are missing out on all the other wonderful attributes of the region.
