My mum was in a wheelchair James in reception gave a super warm welcome to my mum and continued to provide an excellent experience for us throughout our 3 night stay. Rooms spotless, housekeeping excellent. The whole stay was faultless. We can 100% recommend staying here. Thank you all at the Holiday Inn Express for making our stay an excellent one. "
