"My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. The cottage is well equipped although some mobile service providers, (Vodafone) do not cover the area. Locally there is a small shop come P.O....

"Pouring down when we arrived but warm and welcoming inside. Tastefully decorated and well equipped but no shops in the village so take essentials with you. Ideally situated for the estuary and railway station to travel to either Carmarthen or Tenby. Lovely beaches in Llansteffan and Burry Port with Kidwelly all within easy reach."

"A beautiful building set back from the road, great for a relaxed holiday. It has a huge lounge/social space, an ornate seperate dining room, a ground floor bedroom great for those with accessibility issues, and well provisioned kitchen. The owners are friendly and helpful, and react quickly to any problems."
