"Menia and Theodore were exceptional hosts. The apartment was cleaned daily (bins emptied, floors cleaned, bathroom cleaned and beds made). They checked on us continually to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend and know where to book in future."

"We had a fantastic stay at Zest at Xi beach. We stayed in a studio which was perfectly adequate in size foralways a couple. The studio was immaculately clean and smelt lovely and fresh. It contains everything required for a self catering holiday, although, we ate out all the time except breakfast. A very nice free breakfast was provided in a lovely setting around the pool. It was a great way to start the day. Petros, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He spoke great English and...

"Small four room property with friendly English speaking owner/operator. Newly renovated. Excellent location on plaza near the ferry with free parking lot across the street. Could not be more convenient place to visit the beaches. A couple with a rental car can go to and from Argostoli on the ferry for 9 euros one way. "As the booking was made we had a very good instinct that this was the right property. From viewing the pictures we were not expecting the Kitchenette, we were able to eat cooked breakfasts and dinners on the balconies and made our trips easier and lighter to focus on activities. We could not ask for anything more, customer service was exceptional and proves one doesn’t have to stay in big hotels or chains. "This is a great choice for a small group of say 3. the villa is spacious and spotless, the private pool is a great luxury and the main pool is also very spacious. The villas are well equipped and staff very accommodating. I also think this is a great way to explore the west of the island which isn't popular as the north east. There are great little beaches near by and of course XI beach. Good restaurants are a short drive away. I would say a car is needed."

"We had a lovely stay. The views and pool were lovely. Great location for a beach and taverna, 40 min walk or €10 taxi to lixouri with lots of nice restaurants and shops. The villa needs a little TLC in some of the outside areas, but this didn’t affect our say. Good communication with the owner. Good size bedrooms and nice and clean. We had a lovely holiday."
