"This home was so charming... Lovingly maintained, perfectly decorated, stunning grounds, thoughtful amenities. When asked how they wanted to spend our last night in Gettysburg, our children chose to return to Hartlaub House to enjoy a cozy dinner, a campfire, and Civil War cornhole- they LOVED staying here. "We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful and peaceful farm with lots of space to roam and beautiful scenery. Add in the beautiful horses and birds. It was a wonderful experience for all ages. The property is also located. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping , so it was just amazing."

"The home was old but served its purpose well. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a little further from the Gettysburg battlefield than I would have preferred but it was the closest I could find that offered 4 beds which we needed. One bathroom was a challenge but we worked around it. The only negative was the street noise from the crossing where the house was located. No one was staying in the other rental above us so we were not distracted by any noise above us. I...

"Can't say enough about the great stay we had this past weekend. Our grandson was being baptized at Lutheran Church at Seminary Ridge, and we stayed as a family (3 couples, baby and Tilly the Bulldog) and hosted lunch for out of town family. House was clean, plenty of room, had everything we needed, and location was perfect--we could walk to the center of town so easy. Definitely would return. Only downside was it was so cold we didn't get a chance to enjoy the awesome patio."

"This quaint cottage is just what we needed for a family early Christmas celebration in Gettysburg. The location was perfect, easy to get in and out of downtown Gettysburg. The area is quiet and serene. The house was clean and offered lots of little perks, including games! We had so much fun and will consider it for sure again when we come back.! "
