"Wonderful location and waterfront property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Downside, it’s a bit dated though they are working on that. For example, our water view suite had updated flooring and decent bedding but definitely needed some updates to the kitchen and the water stains on the ceiling. Not a five star resort by any means, but the location, friendly and responsive staff as well as the beautiful waterfront grounds make up for it. "

"The location and views are great. It was a comfortable stay. There were some deferred maintenance items which were shared with the property manager. Completion of these items will greatly enhance the experience at the property and make it a '10' rating."

"Property was what we expected. Location was amazing. Excellent views of the night sky from the dock. No issues with our stay. Owner was quick to respond to questions. We swam and snorkeled off the dock. Lots of sea life around. We barely used the house as we wanted to be outside enjoying the views! Will be back again. Highly recommend for families "

"Owners and maintenace staff were all friendly and helpful. Noticeable small upkeep projects such as light bulbs, chalking around tubs, clean up under house and in wooded area around house due to ocean debris in the main house could be better maintained. Otherwise, house’s are 100 percent as discribed "
