"The cabin location and cleanliness were great. However, several of the outdoor chairs were damaged/broken causing unstable seating options. The window AC unit in the second bedroom ran but did not cool sufficiently and the kitchen had no unit and since it was located on the south side of the cabin, it was very warm and stuffy. It could benefit from additional maintenance."

We didn’t cook but all the tools you could need are there. We did place an Instacart order from Publix for a few things and delivery was no problem. "My family had a wonderful time staying for 10 days over mini lobster season. The location was perfect. We could walk to Kiki's Bar and Restaurant for live music and food. Gas for the boat is just across Pine Channel. Short drive to groceries, gas, pharmacy, and bait. Property manager was quick to respond. Long dock with water for the boat. My only wish was power at the end of the dock to recharge my trolling motor. Otherwise, great stay!"
