"We do an annual dirt bike trip to the area. The place we usually stay was already booked, so we booked here which turned out to be better. We had 11 guys ultimately. I had originally booked 6 but more guys piled on the trip at the last minute. I figured that'd be fine since the listing said it sleeps 13. What I didn't know was 6 of the beds are in a converted garage that was locked when we arrived. Leslie sent over a cleaning crew and prepped the room once we let her know. It all worked out fine. Had 1/2 cord of wood delivered and had some nice bon fires in the fire pit Beds were clean and comfortable, plenty of pots and pans, clean and working BBQ. We'll be back!"
