"Stayed for one night on business. Lovely chalets and when inside there is no sound. Room was very comfortable. Room was clean with just a couple of minor issues like some areas not dusted. Would highly recommend and use again if im ever in Luton "

"A cosy cottage in quiet location. Perfect for visiting Whipsnade zoo and Harry Potter studios. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Only negative was the parking as it was difficult to find a space on the very narrow lanes."

"We booked this place only for a couple of nights as we needed somewhere to stay whilst i attended a local hospital. The property itself is nicely renovated, keeping old features of the barn with modern heating and bathroom etc which was lovely. Checkin was easy and the owners were nearby if needed but not intrusive. Nice big sofa and clean everywhere, nice bath and underfloor heating. The surrounding area is lovely, and I imagine if we attended during a time where the whole country wasnt...

"We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed...

"The property exceeded our expectations. It was lovely, well-equipped and comfortable. We cooked, relaxed and enjoyed a local pub for dinner. Wish we had time to visit the ponies and new calves. Loved this place. "

"we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."

Jane and Ken, the owners, are the most honest, generous, kindest, caring people you could ever wish to meet. They treat you like family at the same time respecting your privacy. "Great location, the apartment is well equipped, very tastefully done and has all you need for a relaxing, chilled week. Only problems we had was being given the wrong code for the key store when we arrived and the WiFi is poor as it covers the whole building rather than just the apartment."
