"La stanza presentava polvere. In ogni caso la recensione negativa è strettamente legata ad una esperienza successiva, in cui una prenotazione effettuata tramite sito è stata annullata per overbooking a causa della totale incompetenza del personale nel riuscire a gestire questo tipo di piattaforme di prenotazione. Il tono utilizzato dal gestore è sembrato del tutto inadeguato alla situazione e sembrava scaricare la colpa sul cliente intimandomi (con toni tutt'altro che gentili) di cancellare...

"We had some issues with check-in but Luca was very prompt and helpful. The apartment is extremely clean but the highlight is the restaurant. Excellent food with wine parings that exceeded expectations. "

"Just steps away from Piazza dei Signori, shops, and other attractions, this cute little apartment was just right for my spouse and I as well as a friend. Sharing a bathroom with a non-family member worked out ok as she stayed for only part of the time. Otherwise it would have been a bit too cosy. The flat is clean, secure, and comfortable. It made for a very enjoyable stay in Padova. Communication with the owners was timely and everything worked out great."
