"Went with my husband and dogs for a weekend away in New Hampshire. House is close to the center near shops and restaurants! Also easy access to multiple hiking trails and loon mountain! "

Only downside which I totally was OK with but a bit disappointing was it appeared that we were the first people to be in the house in awhile. Spiderwebs in my face walking thru every doorway, spiders in the bathtub, webs all over the place. But other than the additional house guests which saw their fate, the house was super clean and comfy!"

As others have said, it is close to the road so cars are occasionally audible--but the sound of the river drowns out most noises. "My family and I loved staying here!! The home was very clean and spacious for our group of 14. What really awed us was the outdoor area. The deck, the bar area, all of the seating areas, the fire pit, and of course the beautiful gardens and flowers were perfect! The view of the mountains and the privacy were wonderful."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. The new hot tub right outside the master bedroom is wonderful, you can sit and watch the lake. Lots to see in the lake while paddling around, fish, snails lots of ducks and loons. The kids loved the lake and how close it was to the house. There is a small dirt road that they have to cross to get to the lake but only 6 cars drove by the whole day so it wasnt a problem with older kids. We really enjoyed our time and plan on staying again"

"The room and property exceeded expectations. If you are part of the Dave Ramsey/Baby Step club be prepared that being pitched for a time share is part of your check in. The room was amazing however!
