Nice looking apartment. Lots of perks that did not work, or didn't have instructions for. They had video instructions with no verbal or written back up. It took us an hour and searching a manual for the washer/drier, to get it working. And needing to almost slam the door. Even in fast cycle a load takes about 1 1/2-2 hrs, and doesn't thoroughly dry the clothes. The tv instructions get it turned on but not how to bring up tv. There were radiators but no instructions how to turn it on. The couch had been cleaned and was still wet, very wet, as we fiund when we sat on it. The bathróom sink wasn't draining, but my husband fixed that. The on demand propane watter heater worked well, but was quite noisy. Our second day we found a collection of user manuals.. Where that was kept would have been good to have in the rental guest page information . Anyway, frustrating and time consuming trying to settle in... Not "feeling like home" but could be. The agency was great at responding and trying to help me solve the problems ee kept encountering.
