The facilities in the complex are great. some lovely beeches a short drive away. car recommended if you want to go out and about. "A nice villa in an excellent location for all the excellent beaches, but in need of some upgrading. External Walls need painting, some of the bathrooms need updating and the dishwasher and toaster didn’t work. The owners did get someone in immediately to repair the dishwasher , but it still leaked when they had gone."

"We enjoyed the property, but be prepared for lots of stairs. The property is well maintained but it is a tall and narrow building. Great views of the ocean. I think we had at least three days of green flashes! One very big drawback is that for some reason there are notices in every bathroom to NOT flush toilet paper. For someone not used to that, well... The Host should state that in the description, and honestly I don't know why this is an issue there I don't believe it is on a septic...

"Our family stayed here at the very end of our Portugal trip. This house was perfect for all of us ranging in age from 8 to 88. It is a lovely home and very clean. There is an elevator that helped the older people and of course the children loved the ping pong table and pool. Alice was there to greet us and show us everything we needed to know about the home and answered questions we had about the neighborhood. "Well furnished. Property managers very helpfull. Property would benefit from a more uniform heating sysytem..our visit was the end of December. Detailed maos of ingress and exgress would be helpfull..not for the faint of heart. That all being said we had a wonderful visit to Lisbon, Setubal and the surrouns."
