"Accommodation for 4 adults was very comfortable. Easy check in and owner was very responsive to any questions or inquiries we had as well as offering good suggestions on restaurants in the area. Easy driving distance to Bandon, Cork, Kinsale, Cobh and Blarney Castle. Very quiet countryside location and easy parking. We all enjoyed the amenities in the kitchen and comfortable seating areas, thank you for a great experience."

"A really lovely hotel and a very relaxing stay. Plenty of space to sit with a drink or book and obviously beautiful gardens to explore. Food was delicious! Staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing."

"We all enjoyed our stay very much! Lovely walks down to the ocean, watching the sunsets and beers at the pub. I don’t recall the listing saying there was no wifi which may be important to some. The town of Skibbereen itself was about 10 mins away and really charming. Breda was super helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great week!"

"Absolutely relaxing and remarkable. Our entire family loved this spot the most. Deirdre is a wonderful hostess who pays attention to every detail. Incredible location as well. Clonakilty was also our favorite destination, as far towns with shopping goes, and it was close by! We happily spent most of the time at the place though. We feel lucky that John showed us the process of milking the cows and their adorable dogs led the way on the gorgeous walking paths. Thank you Deirdre and John:)"

"The owners made us feel so welcomed. Breakfast was excellent. The grounds we're beautifully maintained,quiet and scenic. Luna and Poppy, the friendly pet dogs, greeted us with tail wags. We hope to come back here. Best place yet that we have stayed."
