"Thin walls. Staff knew, shrugged and moved us to another building. Had to fight for room. Booked here and without proof would have slept in the car. When I showed her my iPad, she never apologized, just found us our first room which was sound proofed like a tent. "

Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly.
