"Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them...

"The hostess was very nice and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. The breakfasts were simple but very tasty. There is a nice bar to enjoy beer after a long day. "

"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

"Thin walls. Staff knew, shrugged and moved us to another building. Had to fight for room. Booked here and without proof would have slept in the car. When I showed her my iPad, she never apologized, just found us our first room which was sound proofed like a tent. "

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "The architecture of the building is in harmony with the environment, beautiful and quaint, the interior decoration is beautiful, looks like interior decorators used lots of local wood craftsmanship, we appreciate that, specially traveling from so far away, we loved seeing local art in the form of decor. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and kind. Overall looks like the property is being taken care of."

"It takes only ten minutes to walk to the city center, or to the public bus station to go to different attractions. The transportation is convenient. There is a supermarket and different restaurants nearby, and is just next to the water park, making it ideal for family stays."

Great food but beds uncomfortable

"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"
