"Beautiful, old world charm, comfortable and cosy stay. The food from the restaurant was amazing, we ate all our meals there or ordered room service. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. The staff is very attentive and very helpful. 12 out of 10 amazing stay and will stay again if we’re ever in Zakopane!"

"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"

"POSITIVES: - the view made my stay - room was spacious - best breakfast I've had in the past 2.5 weeks (CR & POL) in terms of selection. - friendly, accommodating staff - removed from city centre, so outdoor surroundings peaceful - towel warming rack - elevator - good value NEGATIVES: - wifi is atrocious, not just in the room but had difficulty at front desk as well - if you only speak English, you will encounter some language barriers. - this is about a 25-min walk from main station and the last 10 minutes is all uphill. There is no bus passing by. - great tv options...if you speak Polish. - walls are paper thin--be prepared to hear the guy next door snoring - no refrigerator Despite all these negatives, I still really enjoyed my stay and would have gladly stayed a 2nd night if they had a room free. Quiet location with easy access to local dining and shopping. Tasty restaurant on premises. Close to local public transit and short drive to central train station. "

"Nice quiet place to stay, a little dated, but nice. Plenty of pressure in the shower, plenty of parking, close to the center of town without making it a hassle. "
