"Everything was grubby, we had to scrub the plates, cups and utensils before they could be used. One of the bathroom bins had someone else’s rubbish in and we even found a past guests t shirt down the side of the bed. You are charged extra for logs for the fire and using towels but only told about ..."

Well worth the stay.
"Fantastic stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and food at the restaurant very good. A little bit in an expensive side but well presented and tasty. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. There is lots to do for kids and adults and the view from our room was fabulous. ..."
