"great place "

"We liked that it was a home away from home! We usually bring towels, soaps, seasonings, plates and cutlery when we rent in case, but Kourtneys cottage had everything we needed! The bonus for us was that there was enough linens, beds, dining wear and Toiletries for us to use! Even toys and games were provided for the kids and adults to play which was really thoughtful. The house looked exactly what was expected from the poctures we saw as well! Very esthetic! I liked the binder and signs...

The host was very friendly and responsive. Our original booking got cancelled last minute but we already on our way. We found this cottage and the host responded to my message quickly and helped us out. It was a really great experience overall, we had lots of fun there!"

"A luxury cottage that is an ideal family retreat. A short drive down to Sauble made beach days with family and friends easily accessible. Evenings were spent preparing meals in a well appointed kitchen and enjoying the deck and the campfire pit. The home is perfect for large families with comfortable beds and all the mod cons for a carefree and comfortable stay. Communication with the owner was quick and easy."

"Our family (3 generations) stayed in this lovely home while discovering all Sauble Beach has to offer. Once we settled in, it felt like home. Nothing was missing, from cozy living room for rainy day movies, to the perfect dining room for those family meals or board games. The beds were amazingly comfortable! Everything you could possibly need was there, from all things needed in the kitchen to outdoor spaces to keep everyone happy. A large private lot at the end of a dead-end street allowed for...

"We had a wonderful time at this property. The place exceeded our expectations. It provided enough silence and privacy for our families. The house was very clean. The backyard had some minor garbage from previous guests, but it wasn't a big deal, and we cleaned it up quickly. Our only suggestion is to have a bigger or newer BBQ, although the current one still works well."

"This was a very cozy cabin in the woods. Great place to stay. Vey close to downtown and easy walking distance to Tobermory. Could not see neighbours to the left or right. Everything was as expected / advertised. Good communication with host. Had issues communicating through app (not hosts fault). "

"This home was comfortable and just the right size for our family. The host was helpful in providing the information we needed for our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone staying near Sable Beach or as far as Wharton or South Hampton. My only wish was that it was more family friendly and had a pack n play or high chair for babies. We plan to stay again!"

"This is a very beautiful new house. Even our 9, 7 and 4 year olds recognized that. The decorating choices were much to our taste. The location was great. Walkable to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the main area. The outdoor deck and fire pit were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked but being a party of 7 we would have appreciated more dishes especially plates. We bought paper plates to get us through. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

At the price point was disappointed in the inside of fridge being broken, lights inside and out missing or needing replacement, and the main A/C unit making a noise and leaking water.
