"The appartment could do with a new modern bathroom/power shower and kitchen. The shower is terrible, zero water pressure and impossible to sustain desired temperature. I gave up, and decided to sit in the empty bath and wash from the mixer tape, no time to fill up a bath. The kitchen looks ok, it's not until you use it that you notice it could do with a refurb. "It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). "Close to the city centre, also to the M1. Petrol stations close by too, along with restaurants a lake and walks around the lake. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast provided with the room Overall probably my favourite hotel in MK."

"Simply amazing staff who are always polite and nothing is too much for them. From our checkin to room service to check out, every member of staff we met were exceptionally polite and always smiling. The food ordered in the room was subpar as it was bland and the chips were not cooked properly. However the staff really make this hotel stand out. "

"Good sized room and shower, very clean and comfortable, nice to have a good selection of TV programmes to watch before bedtime, delighted to have a window that opened to let me have some fresh air. Had a good sleep and great to be so close to the airport, would definitely recommend it. The girls at reception were very friendly, it's so nice to have a human being with a smile ☺ "
