"The Beach Hutch is an awesome property. The house was lovely. It’s quite well suited to two families sharing it with the effectively divided living spaces. The proximity of the park and the beach was fantastic for our kindergarten age children and our dog. One parent could slip over to the park as though it was the front yard of the house and play with the kids at any time to keep them occupied when they were becoming restless. "Very nice and clean house. Great property manager very easy to get ahold of. Only complaint for my family was not close to a lot of things to do. But also not further then 30 minutes. So still a very great place to stay when you visit Lake Erie. Great view"

"Lovely little house that held our family of tweens, kids, and adults. Clean little kitchen, nice bathroom, exceptional lanai/screened porch for bug free breeze! House is part of a series of hones owned by a single owner who is very responsive. Private street is quiet and safe for kids. Coffeeshops, restaurants, and tourist entertainment was farther than expected (20+ minutes) but Magee Marsh park had excellent beaches (5 min drive). "The cottage was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. We only stayed for a weekend but would have stayed longer if we had time. We appreciated having the fire pit and being next to the water. It's in a very quiet area and a short drive to the ferry for the islands."
