"The Beach Hutch is an awesome property. The house was lovely. It’s quite well suited to two families sharing it with the effectively divided living spaces. The proximity of the park and the beach was fantastic for our kindergarten age children and our dog. One parent could slip over to the park as though it was the front yard of the house and play with the kids at any time to keep them occupied when they were becoming restless. "Lovely little house that held our family of tweens, kids, and adults. Clean little kitchen, nice bathroom, exceptional lanai/screened porch for bug free breeze! House is part of a series of hones owned by a single owner who is very responsive. Private street is quiet and safe for kids. Coffeeshops, restaurants, and tourist entertainment was farther than expected (20+ minutes) but Magee Marsh park had excellent beaches (5 min drive).
