"Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Loved the scenery of the bayou and surrounding areas. Wanted to take a quick camping trip to the woods to get away from the day to day stresses. Caddo Lake and the Jefferson area was exactly what we was looking for. Checked off all the boxes!!!"

"The Abbey Room is beautiful, especially the furniture. One thing, the ceiling fan (which we always use) has a bit of a "hum" while running making it hard to sleep while it's running. We turned it off. Might want to check it."

"We rented this out for the Valentine’s weekend and it was perfect for my husband and I! Very cozy one-room cabin had everything we needed for the weekend. We spent most of our time on the HUGE screened in porch listening to the rain! The futon was a great touch, as it was so comfortable, we took an afternoon nap on the porch during the thunderstorm! There are many houses in the neighborhood that we weren’t expecting by the pics. But the neighborhood was exceptionally quiet! I don’t even think we heard a dog bark. I do regret we did not get to use the kayaks because of the weather. Definitely will be booking again and making use of the kayaks next time! "

"I’ve been coming to Jefferson to stay for over 15 years and I can say this is one of the most comfortable nights I’ve had. The room was so nice, and everything was immaculately clean. The check-in process was very easy and the neighborhood was very quiet. I loved the garden tub and fireplace in the room. I would highly recommend a stay and look forward to another stay in the future. "
