It was a very fair rate and much more affordable than the jacked up hotel prices due to the tournament. 12 minute proximity to the tennis facility was great! Clean, very spacious bedrooms. Cabinets in the kitchen need a little TLC, but this place met all of our needs and I would stay there again."

"We appreciated the 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms that weren't cramped. We had alot going on in the city of Rome during our stay so we didnt have a chance to enjoy the living room or kitchen but they were both clean and spacious. "

"So glad we chose this property! It was a good size house and lovely view. There was everything you need including dishes, towels, washer and dryer, etc. I thought the view was just breathtaking. We fished and swam off the dock. Very quiet and peaceful place. Great communication with the owner. I absolutely highly recommend!!"

"This was one of many stays at my favorite lake house! The Sadlers are excellent hosts. This time was a quick respite to wind down from Christmas festivities in Chattanooga before heading home. The serenity was just what I needed! See you again in March/April"

"Ms. Patricia at the front desk was absolutely, the best ever! She was as polite and extremely, helpful with suggestions for places to go in town. Ms. Tammy at breakfast was also the best. I truly, enjoyed talking with her each morning. She put a smile on my face every time. The elevator being broken was a bit of a downfall. It did take quite a while to get up/down. "
