"What a great house for our family of 20 plus!! Property was awesome with enough space to spread out and enjoy the Maine fall weather with cookouts and bonfires!! Oh and did I mention the view of the sunrise!! Terra was an excellent host promptly took care of any matters that arose!! Hope to come back one day!!! "

"Our stay was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing. Plenty of space as far as bedrooms and bathrooms go. So much common space to enjoy a fire, meals, and outdoor space. The beach is very wide during low tide and an added perk. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We can’t wait to plan a return trip."

"We came to Lincolnville for my daughter’s wedding. The apartment was true to the pictures, clean and has a great view. I highly recommend. "

"Needs a sign stating the house number. We drove back and forth for 1/2 hour looking for address to house. Also needs more plates and new pans for cooking. They are rusted."
