"Marcus and Jackie are super hosts and have the most beautiful, uniquely decorated, home to enjoy. Very clean and stocked with everything you could want or need. Beautiful lake view and quiet neighborhood.Due to the time of year visited and mother nature’s winter storm, we did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities but will be back to do so. "This house is a great place for a getaway. We gathered for Christmas and it was so nice to be greeted by three Christmas trees in different rooms of the house, along with exterior holiday lights!. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, kayaks and a paddleboard. Nice streets around to go for long walks."

"We visited the Cozy Cottage on Lake Norman recently for business in the area. We loved the location on Lake Norman. The property was clean and well stocked and well suited for our needs. The beds were pretty comfy and the rooms were not too small. Nicely furnished. It has a spectacular view of Lake Norman and a great fire pit with a small sand beach area.
