"Two friends drove from different states and met in the middle...Oxford AL! Enjoyed the house and had plenty of space, enjoyed Hubbards on Main for dinner and a church service nearby. Although we walked a short block to the quaint downtown (truly, so close), we occasionally faced a stray cat or barking dog off leash. Very easy check in and out. Great communication with the host. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"First off, Gary was responsive to my messages and our needs. The camper was nice and perfect for our needs. Being by the lake is awesome and fishing was pretty good from a kayak with my sons. Keep in mind, our family enjoys nature and the outdoors and all that comes with it. 🙂 We were in town from Thursday to Saturday for a baseball tournament and after a hot day at the field, it was nice to come jump in the lake or sit on the dock or take a nap after a nice shower. One day, we will be back!"

"The lake house Manager told us that the lake house could handle 8 to 9 boats and we had to park in the yard. I messaged the Manager and asked if it was okay to park in the yard with no response. The upstairs AC wasn't working and sewage backed up in the downstairs tube, water was coming up under the toilet. We couldn't use the downstairs bathroom and the kitchen sink whichis downstairs. I reached out to the offices Manager and called the contact # with no luck. It's now 11 hours later and I...

"Check in time is not until 5:00 pm. I was told that the code would be sent a few minutes before check in, but had to call the host to get it after 5. The front door was stuck and very hard to open and close. The host eventually got us a usable code to enter the kitchen door using a key from a carport area lockbox which was so much easier. We had some other issues, but the host was very responsive in addressing those. The grass was high and the overgrown shrubs at the front entry made it hard to...
