Although we walked a short block to the quaint downtown (truly, so close), we occasionally faced a stray cat or barking dog off leash. Very easy check in and out. Great communication with the host. "9 of us (7 adults & an 11 & 13 y/o boy) in my family met up at this property for a 3 night stay in junction with going to Talladega for the races. It was an ideal location to go back and forth to the track. "First off, Gary was responsive to my messages and our needs. The camper was nice and perfect for our needs. Being by the lake is awesome and fishing was pretty good from a kayak with my sons. Keep in mind, our family enjoys nature and the outdoors and all that comes with it. 🙂 We were in town from Thursday to Saturday for a baseball tournament and after a hot day at the field, it was nice to come jump in the lake or sit on the dock or take a nap after a nice shower. One day, we will be back!"

"The house has a great space for families! We rented for our family of 6 and wow! It was actually too much space!! We highly recommend for a family rental! This is a cousin house for sure! The bunk room easily held 10 kids and there are two queen/king rooms and a huge laundry room with two trundles! If it had a 1/2 bath it would be perfect! The kitchen/dining room are massive, you can host and feed probably 15-20ppl!! It is an amazing lake house and though we only came for a weekend it would be...

"Check in time is not until 5:00 pm. I was told that the code would be sent a few minutes before check in, but had to call the host to get it after 5. The front door was stuck and very hard to open and close. The host eventually got us a usable code to enter the kitchen door using a key from a carport area lockbox which was so much easier. We had some other issues, but the host was very responsive in addressing those. The grass was high and the overgrown shrubs at the front entry made it hard to...
