"Overall great choice to stay while in Nairobi. I wanted somewhere walkable downtown and ot was perfect. Quiet enough but easy walk around downtown. Everyone was extremely nice including the hosts at the restaurant. Breakfast included was a good start. Rooms very clean. Kudos to the team "

"The staff are what makes this hotel so special. For example, we went on a game drive at the beautiful park that adjoins the hotel. There were rain showers and by the time I returned to the hotel my shoes were covered in mud. I took my shoes off and was in the lawn, trying to clean them with a stick. Your man Edward came over and offered to clean my shoes. I was so grateful for his help. A little later Edward returned my shoes, clean and free of mud. This is but one example of the above and beyond service that makes Ole Sereni a top notch, world class hotel."

"We stayed one night because we arrived in Nairobi late and didn’t want to fuss over getting into the city. The hotel shuttle is easy to pick up from the airport and well marked. We were greeted by friendly staff who anticipated our needs and questions. We had a clean room and enjoyed the rooftop bar after checking in. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast filled with familiar dishes and some local one too."

Always willing to help even for a visit at the city market or a quick history tour of the hotel of the great explorers Stanley and Livingstone. Live music 3 times a week and the buffets were always very tasty. "
