"Our accommodation was great. Not far from Pacific Fair shopping centre and the Gold Coast.The washing machine died on the first night of our accommodation. A replacement washing machine was installed within a couple of days. Cathy was very easy to talk to about any issues we may have had.We noticed on our first night that the bed sheets in both bedrooms had big stains on them. My daughter & I slept on the side of the bed without the stains.The cutlery and some of the plates in the kitchen...

"We loved our stay at the Beach Shack! Waking up to sunrises over the water was the perfect way to start our days. Communication with our host was excellent, any concerns or questions were answered promptly by Camille and fixed with ease. The home very comfortably accommodated our group of 10 guests and would be perfect for family vacations and groups of friends! "Place was tidy enough however there was simple unrepaired damage like shelves and toilet roll holders not fixed. Hot water system was broken for the first three days, Wifi didn't work, so had to hot spot off phones. Cockroaches on kitchen"

The listing is accurate, it's an older home, small in size but it was fine for our needs and the air conditioning worked very well over the hot week we had.
