"A cosy little place to spend our week away. Very clean and tidy, comfy beds and good facilities made this a happy place to stay. Marco was very quick to sort out any queries for us and helpfully sent us an email with places to eat and visit. With beautiful beaches surrounding us we had everything we needed!"

"Lovely property with cool sub terranean rooms as well as lovely outdoor eating and playing areas. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The beach is a 5 minute stroll away with several great restaurants nearby. We loved it"

"Overall the villa was beautiful and a perfect, stunning setting. The issue is with the added extras - bed linen, towels, pool towels, high chairs,tourist tax, electric. I've never had these extras when renting before. I didn't feel comfortable paying for the rental fees and then these extras direct to the management company. I would have preferred to have all payments go through VRBO. This is a high end villa but was let down with minimal kitchen cloths, toilet paper, dish washer tablets etc....

The Villa requires lots of improvements to properly fit with the price paid for it. Lack of care in many things unfortunately impacted negatively most of our first week. "Good location, that gives the opportunity to easily move between beaches, nevertheless the car is needed. Market in the neighborhood, 2 min by car. / 5 walking The communication might be better if the property manager would speak English. The restaurant that was recommended - Il Colle - was appreciated! The mattresses are poor, they have to be replaced asap! 7 out of 10 as general impression."

"First of all, Bruno’s home is so much lovelier than the pictures on the website depict. We initially booked thinking 10 or 11 people would be traveling with us to Sardinia, but unfortunately they were not able to come. The house could have easily fit them and a few others. Innanzitutto non viene descritto che il piano inferiore é un interrato con odore di umido e di chiuso. Camera da letto al opiano terra senza zanzariera, per cui per areare la camera entravano le zanzare. "My friends and I had the most incredible time staying at this stunning villa in San Teodoro. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of perfection. The villa itself is a true gem.
