"What a big disappointment. On arrival, we were asked to pay 40 euros for bedsheets and towels extra, after paying for the room in advance on Hotels.com. But let's start with the good stuff. "Our room was very clean and the air conditioning works very well. The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower was great as well. Unfortunately, there was no WIFI in the room. The reception gave us a password for the WIFI near the pool, but it didn't work at any time. Also, they don't provide any toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper and after that is over you have to buy. "
