"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Como. It was perfectly located with a view of the water. Our room was quite big with a large bathroom as well. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were given a nice complementary bottle of sparkling wine. It was a great stay. Thank you Stefano. "

"Donatella and her daughter wore the nicest people on the planet:))) They wore always here to help with anything that we had need off. Donatella made reservations for us for the far best Restorante in Town.One time we wore trying to get seated in one off the best Restorante in Bellagio, but with out the reservation we wore not able. I texted Donatella and she got us a table. Looks like everyone knows her, this is just awesome. If we ever come back, we’ll be staying ONLY in this place....

"We are Americans visiting in July. We wanted a spot close to Malpensa airport and it did great with that! It is right above the bakery which had great stuff. It is advised to check-in when the bakery is open. We arrived in the morning to be safe. Not sure when the exact closing hour is. The room we had did have a wheelchair accessible shower which was flat with no retainment. So, water did go everywhere unless you lower the water pressure. There is air conditioning which helps a lot on a hot day...
