"Enjoyed the rural setting and the evening quiet. Once we found it, the place was easy to access and find our way around the area. Overall, decent lodging at a good price. Although small, the studio was decently outfitted with some exceptions... No dish cloth or dish towels. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. No garbage collection during our 5 night stay. Shower head needed some tightening, flopped all over the place."

"We thought this place was wonderful. The living/dining room was well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a balcony looking over the ruins of the nunnery and the town. Bed and bath were very nice, and I appreciated the washer. Caroline was helpful, and brought peaches from her garden: delicious. One caveat: 2nd floor means "climb 2 long flights of stairs"."

"This appartment is extremely well located near Sarlat and within the vicinity of many interesting places. Friendly, discrete hosts that were at our service when needed: we missed a hairdryer (which was mentioned in the house description) and they immediately solved that. Appartment was very cool which was welcome with day temperatures of +35°C. Only downside: the appartment is very damp (known to the hosts) and the mechanical ventilation does not entirely solve this."

"Splendid apartment in a decent location. The apartment block was very quiet. The style was unique as you can see from the photos, but very comfortable. Electric shutters all round made nights sufficiently dark and quiet. Ginette & Claude were lovely and extremely helpful, going above and beyond in explaining everything about the apartment and general area. "We were a little confused about the number of bedrooms, listing details said two bedrooms. There was only the one seperate bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot. The Sofa bed was in the lounge area. It was not a problem for us but could be if you really need two seperate bedrooms. It was lovely and clean throughout and the front terrace was a lovely sunny spot all day! Our host, Fred was lovely, very discreet but available if we needed anything."
