The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were really impressed with the check in process. Our room was ready before 3pm and the staff member checking us in was very nice. She even gave our daughters a little toy each, which they absolutely loved.
