"Clean, well appointed home. This house is located behind another house and the driveway is long and narrow. It is somewhat difficult to turn a vehicle around. Having a small car is helpful.The main bedroom has a ensuite bathroom however there is not a wall separating the two."

"We loved our stay here. The house is really well kitted out, with everything we needed. We enjoyed the firepit, the bbq, the many different relaxing spaces in the house and the great coffee. We were lucky to have fabulous weather so spent lots of time at the beach, only 5 minutes walk away. The outdoor shower was handy for rinsing off the sand. We accidentally left a much-loved soft toy behind and Lucy messaged as soon as it was found, offering to post it to us. Thanks Lucy!"

"Beautiful well appointed home with great views of the River, immaculately maintained with all the comforts of home. Spacious bedrooms and a gourmet kitchen allow for beautiful memories to be made.Short drive to Hobart and all the area has to offer. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience the best of Hobart /Tasmania while having access to all the areas amenities without being in the middle of the coty. "The property is well located in a slightly elivated position towards the end of the road, so it was very quiet with very little traffic. The accommodation was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and will likely come back for another visit."

"Extremely comfortable home for a group of friends. Beautifully decorated with furniture suitable for the age of the house but with modern amenities that complimented it. Distance from the harbour and restaurants was easily solved by a mixture of walking or taxi or uber. We would be delighted to return to this place again. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you. "

"Such an awesome place, house has everything you need in the kitchen, modern new tv, great little speaker, comfy beds, massive couch, beach access and unbeatable views from upstairs and downstairs! Didn’t want to leave! "

"Loved the light from the windows, during the day you were able to see the garden and be apart of the garden. No Flyscreens seems to be a very Tassy thing, (and a leaky toilet, that I am sure someone will fix), but the floor boards, colours and beds were beautiful. The space is open, welcoming and relaxing; really needed the fans 4/12 days, so A BIG THANK YOU TO MANAGEMENT FOR THAT. Loved the flowers in the garden, fruit trees, Chinese Tulip Tree, and my colours: purple and white in the potted...

"There were a couple of maitenance issues which we had to work around. The kitchenette is quite basic for the cost of a stay. No stove or oven. Location is good, however you have to carry everything up quite a few steep stairs."

"The house was easily located, and although on a main road, the noise of the traffic was minimal.We found the staircase a little steep and could benefit from a small grab rail at the top.The bedroom was roomy and comfortable, the kitchen also was well appointed and having some kitchen items in the cupboards was appreciated.A very enjoyable stay, thank you."
