"Lovely little cottage in a beautiful part of Hobart Would be helpful if house number was better signed. As far as comfort goes suggest a better mattress in 3rd bedroom the old spring type mattress is not comfortable for an adult Also in lounge chairs, look lovely but not very comfy. Maybe an old style lounge would suit better "

Two very comfortable, spacious bedrooms, good bathroom and kitchen facilities, and very comfortable living area. Very pretty garden to look out on with the roses in full bloom. Perfect location, walkable to everything we needed locally, beautiful river walk. A car is a must for independence. Very easy area to drive around and plenty of places to explore.
