"This property was perfect for my family needs to attend a funeral and have a location for gathering and supporting each other. The rooms were nice decorated and spacious provided privacy. Plentiful room for gathering with friends, equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay in a home…the two full bathrooms was a huge plus. My stay was in the middle of Winter, so we didn’t take advantage of the hot tub…I will have to come back in the Summer or warmer months for that amenity. ...

"Met the need for a family Christmas gathering!Overall a very spacious with more than ample room for 9 people. The kitchen was well appointed and met every need we had. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out in the basement and take advantage of bumper pool and video game. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water tank held out!! Overall would recommend John’s place again, and would be looking to check availability when the biggest amenity, the lake can be utilized."

"Mr. Fronimo was very pleasant to work with. Overall, the units were nice. The bedrooms are very nice and accommodating. Only 2 items that caught attention. There is a heavy sulfur smell in the tap water. It may be the municipal water is supplied this way. The other is, the outside area behind the units. There is a patio area with 2 large picnic tables that could use attention."

"Might not look like much from the outside (as it needs some attention), but quite cozy, yet spacious, inside. Needs a few updates inside but overall pleasant. The entryway procedure is a bit cumbersome with so many doors (easier entry may be from the side). "

"The property was very clean and nicely decorated for the holiday. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family and stay there again myself."

"This property was perfect for our family needs during Christmas. With 3 small children in tow and meeting with grandparents, who also live out of town, this was the perfect fit for our needs. The host was great in communication and even went above and beyond to decorate for Christmas. It was great to be near both of our families."

"I rented this place because my dad had passed and my family came to his funeral. It was a good place for us to gather, since most of us were from outside of Ohio. There was plenty of space for gathering. Everybody like it. On more technical issues were the inside temperature. Upstairs had it's own A/C unit, but it was getting cold that time of year and we had to go down the stairs to turn on the heat. "Property is in a nice quiet location in a no wake zone. House is very nice just needs a few items to make it excellent. Kitchen needs additional cooking utensils, outdoor grill needs replaced - burners only worked in a couple spots other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again. "

"My wife and I loved the time we spent in this cabin. It was perfect in the winter, with some snow on the ground. Very scenic. It was well stocked with nice blankets, and the heater did a good job of warming it up after it had been on for a good while.
