"This is a lovely home which does have a small dock and access to the lake. There is a yard with a fire pit and a path back to the water. The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to the public boat launch area in under 5 minutes. The house has plenty of areas for gathering together or relaxing alone. It's a good choice for getting together with family and/or friends."

"Mr. Fronimo was very pleasant to work with. Overall, the units were nice. The bedrooms are very nice and accommodating. Only 2 items that caught attention. There is a heavy sulfur smell in the tap water. It may be the municipal water is supplied this way. The other is, the outside area behind the units. There is a patio area with 2 large picnic tables that could use attention."

"We enjoyed our stay here in the early winter. The house was very comfortable and easily accessible from a quiet side street off Broad. The neighborhood is nice for walks and you can walk to the HOF in a few minutes. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again! Also there was a nice yard for the dogs with a fence, but we decided not to bring them this trip."
