"Natalie at reception was lovely and made me feel very welcome upon arrival and was very helpful throughout my stay. Lovely central location and felt very safe. Room was quiet and comfortable. Cleaning in shower/bathroom was the only thing that needed attention. Bar fridge unfortunately couldn’t keep things cold and no kettle was available on the first night of my stay. Overall, thanks for a very enjoyable stay with a generous buffet breakfast offering."

"I like the hotel, the location, facilities and the staff are very good, hence this is the second time we have stayed. However both visits have been made whilst construction works have been ongoing at the site adjacent and this year maintenance works were being carried out at the outdoor swimming pool which ment it was not usable. I would say that the hotel were very understanding when approached about these issues and thus I would have no hesitation in staying again."
