Very disappointing
This was supposed to be the best hotel of our stay in Peru an it turned out to be the opposite. The shower had mold. The room was not cleaned on the second day, apparently you have to explicitly request cleaning, which was not the case even in cheaper hotels. One night after a long day I used the hot tub, which was nice but the experience was completely ruined because there was no hot water to shower after, so I had to take a cold shower after the jacuzzi. Not pleasant. Also they send you a text message for your breakfast choices which is completely inane because breakfast is made o order when you sit anyway, it's a waste to get a mediocre breakfast in the capital of amazing food so I skipped it despite being included in the price.

Staff and service is fantastic! However, the rooms are not soundproof, as advertised, and there seems to be a lot of people and construction noise around the property at all hours of the day and into the night.

Great location- close to many restaurants and Lacromar and the ocean. It had the essentials like a wardrobe, and desk. The room even had a patio which was a lot of extra space for the double room. It was very clean with hot showers and great wifi for remote work! The staff were very nice and accommodating- providing a breakfast every morning!

We really enjoyed our stay at IFE Boutique. We had the best room with the large outdoor balcony and jacuzzi tub. The staff was so friendly and helpful with our stay in Lima. Breakfast was good too!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The main attraction was the breakfast. The cook Mr.Josef made us very tasty Peruvian hot breakfast. Mango Cheviche was excellent. Will visit again.

Nice place, good location and friendly staff. There are 3 breakfast available but you are supposed to let them know by the previous evening what you want. Tra / Coffee: we found that there are rarely cups for 2 there without having to ask for it.

Great location. Very comfortable room. The decoration was beautifully crafted, it felt like an attraction on its own. Friendly staff. Only opportunity was the shower temperature which was a little unstable.

Small, homey feel to property is a plus. Excellent service, good breakfast, and good location. However, it has too many small inconveniences : the WiFi is inconsistent at best, hit water in shower fluctuated in temperature constantly. Pillows were all the same and very uncomfortable— like a pack of rags tied together. Without a doubt the cons outweigh the pros in this property.

Stayed here one night since had to catch early morning flight back home. Friendly staff, but bathroom condition was very bad. Peeling ceiling paint in the bathroom, and so there were specks of it all around the floor in that area. Also saw similar peels in some hallway ceilings. Would not stay again without that being fixed.
