Staff were amazing- we sat in the lovely restaurant in the afternoon and asked for an off menu item and they graciously obliged! Breakfast is also great- excellent choice and real coffee! "Easy check in, super clean, not that motel smell you usually get, not stuffy. Aircon was welcome. Lots of surface space. Great bathroom. Only rated the staff 4/5 because it was just transactional. Not bad service, just no smile, convo ect. We love great customer service/experiences and this lacked that. "

"The hotel is very good. Rooms are comfortable and very cozy. Perfect for one person. The front desk staff is friendly and kind. The airport is not too far. The tram and metro line are only few blocks to go to the city. The only negative this is that they never cleaned the room in four days. They didn't change the towels as well. I recommend it but just be aware about cleanliness. The facilitates are really nice. I'll stay again in the future. "
