Welcome to your ultimate boater's paradise! This bay front property is ideal for all water sports enthusiasts. With a huge private pier and slip, you'll have access to the Gulf and nearby Robinson Island. The house sleeps 10 in beds and 2 on a pull-out sofa. The Primary bedroom has a king bed, while the guest rooms have a double and twin beds. The three bedroom, also known as the sunroom during the day, has a full bed and a twin daybed with a trundle.

All areas of the house are on the ground level for easy access. The bathrooms have tub/shower combos. This property is dog-friendly, with an additional pet fee. You can catch crabs and even witness the Blue Angels air show rehearsals from the house during their practice schedule. It's also perfect for kayaking and other water activities.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals. If you're in the mood for a delicious steak, there's a charcoal grill available (renter responsible for supplying charcoal).

For monthly rentals, the stay must be within the same calendar month to receive the monthly rate. Entry codes will be texted to guests on the day of arrival. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and no smoking is allowed inside or outside (includes balconies or porches).

Great house with beautiful views
We enjoyed staying at Bay Bushes it was perfect for all us to be together. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, watching dolphins and the Blue Angels. We would love to stay her again next year for our annual vacation.

Family Trip
We all enjoyed our trip. The house was clean and had room for all of us. The guys all enjoyed fishing on the dock. The kitchen was well equipped. We were located close to all the locations we wanted to visit. I would recommend this house for large families that want to be close to towns and beaches, restaurants, and shopping! We hope to stay again soon! Thank you Kevin for a great experience. You promptly answered all my questions and the whole process was easy.

Need a little updating!
My family and I were in town for my college graduation. Location was perfect as it was in the middle from the venue and the beach. The property is a little dated furniture wise, I think the TV was actually a flat screen 19’in computer monitor in one of the rooms. Lake view was nice to watch sunset The property served its purpose, just a place to stay to attend my graduation for 2 days! I give it 3 out of 5 stars. I’ll stay again if travels bring me back that way

Overall Great Time
Everything was beautiful and we had a great time. BBQ grill was dirty so we didnt use it. A ton of ants in the sunroom but we purchased ant spray, but for the price it was worth it.

Quaint family friendly place away from summer crowds
Nice little place off the beaten path with great private pier. Slept 12 and enjoyed family time in the water. Only major issue was the master bath was leaking and not usable when we arrived and it took them a couple days and 3 trips to get it fixed completely. Property manager refunded us a night's stay after I texted several times asking for an accommodation due to the inconvenience. The sunroom was a great place for the kids to hang out. They actually enjoyed the little TV w/VCR. They said it was like going back in time to watch a movie. Spent alot of time on the pier fishing and swimming. There are a few solar lights on the pier at night but otherwise you should bring several lanterns if you plan to fish at night as it is very dark. There's a ceiling fan in the photos of the pier but it doesn't work. Beds and recliners were comfortable. It was mostly clean but the closet in the master bedroom smelled faintly like sewage and there were some small brown spots splattered on the master bathtub wall. The kitchen had almost everything you needed to cook meals at home and we only ate out on one occasion. The herb garden at the entrance was wonderfully fragrant and we used some of the fresh rosemary and mint to make refreshing mocktails! The garage had plenty of chairs and floats to make fun use of the pier and my son really enjoyed using the kayak.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It’s very roomy and spacious. If you had a bunch of kids the front sunroom would be perfect for them to stay. We loved spending time on the dock fishing and watching for dolphins. The only drawback for us I wish it was a little more private from the neighbors.

Location is great if you like quaint and quiet. Overall the house is very outdated and not the cleanest. Dishes were still in the dishwasher and towels were left in the dryer upon arrival. The floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned and the mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. It would have been nice if the lawn had been cut before we arrived as well. Overall the kids enjoyed the pier but hose access would be super helpful especially if you bring a boat. The house has a lot of potential but until there are major updates we will pick another location.

The house was nice. It was nice to be right on the bay...good views. The house could have been cleaner. I couldn't even find a rag to use to clean the tub or dust with. No storage containers to put leftovers in, so I left a couple for the next renters.

Overall good
We have stayed here before, so we knew what to expect. It is an older rental, but nice for big families and dogs. The pictures give an accurate depiction of house. We did have issues with the wifi, but the Gulf2Beach staff were doing everything in their power to help. There were hardly any TV channels that worked and again, the wifi didn’t get fixed until our last day there. That was inconvenient, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

This house was a great location and spacious enough for our party. The front door lock did not fully click shut which felt a little unsafe but overall it was a great neighborhood that was quiet with great neighbors. Perfect swimming in the bay and even had dolphins come swim with us!!!

Don't waste your money! Toaster is rusted, dust on "cleaned" furniture. Food particles in silverware tray. Bay water polluted, no fish no swimming! No glider on dock no replacement chairs! Fecal matter on shower curtain! Furniture old and uncomfortable. Management threatened to change my email so I couldn't post this. Ruined my vacation.

The property was located in a good spot. When we arrived the house wasn’t very clean, the beds were dirty there was drinks with alcohol in the garage, apparently from the people before us. There was a huge rat that was taking our food off the counters. They need to clean better and get rid of there rodent problem. Friday morning we were monitoring the weather as there was tornado warnings out for the area, we called just to ask if we could stay a while longer just till the stormed passed and we were told no. I think that’s pretty disrespectful for them to tell a family they have to leave in a storm. I will think twice before I rent from this place again.

We stayed one month at this property. Enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen is very well stocked and the views of the bay are spectacular. The pier is excellent. This property is in a residential area. They are building a house next door and workers started every morning by 7:30. But this looks to be completed soon. Master bed is comfortable but box springs are very noisy. And heads up there is a neighbors dog that runs loose occasionally and uses the backyard as its bathroom. And we did see an armadillo in the backyard one night. The property is convenient to Foley or Pensacola Beach (approximately 20 minute drive). We definitely plan to return again.
